He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy and Political Theory from University of MN, Morris and an MBA from Hamline University. Russ is a GWOT veteran who served with the MN Air National Guard.

Nick Ehalt is a change agent with more than 14 years of experience analyzing, studying and developing business processes in an effort to provide more efficient and effective systems. He most recently served as Inclusion & Diversity Global Lead - Business Development for Cargill and previously held roles in IT process optimization. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Bemidji State University.
Emily Cornell is skilled at getting the most out of the teams and projects she oversees. Prior to joining Unveil.Social, she spent 11 years in advertising & marketing agencies leading accounts and projects for brands such as HPE, Charter Communications, and Harley-Davidson.
Bryant Hagadorn is a Full-Stack software engineer who has worked for a multitude of startups and Fortune 500 companies. He holds a Bachelor’s in Economic Consulting from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and an Associate’s from Indiana University’s School of Social Work. His work spans from front-end development to work on the backend architecture of Target.com’s infrastructure, and he was lead engineer at transportation startup One20.
Jesse Hemingway is a software architect and engineer with 20 years of experience solving complex problems in fast-paced environments. Jesse is a full-stack developer with emphasis on native iOS, Node.js, RESTful API design, relational and graph data modeling, and performance tuning. He holds a B.A. in Computer Science and Interactive Media from the University of MN at Morris.
Michael Szczepanski has a passion for building products that solve problems in delightful ways. He has helped companies like Facebook, Google, and Ford with apps that inspire and create long lasting engagement with their users. Michael has a penchant for craftsmanship, simplicity, and precision when building digital products.
